The model 150 trimmer is designed for edge trimming light to medium weight materials.
Materials such as fabrics, non-wovens, and light weight carpets may be cut efficiently.
Selvedges up to 4 inches wide may be trimmed. The 150 is based upon a twin scissors
action principle of cutting.

Both 4 9/16" diameter blades are positively driven. The blades are thoroughly hardened to
give superior cutting characteristics. Blades can be resharpened 10-15 times or until too thin
for use. The motor is a 1/4 horse power split phase gear motor. Standard voltage is 115 volt,
60 Hz. Three phase is available. Different RPM output speeds are used to match the blades
circumference speed to the fastest line speed.

Mounting is achieved by four 3/8" x 1" slots in the feet of the trimmer. Mounting can be in any
position necessary for material flow. Trolleys are available to mount on 4" 13 lb. or 6" 20 lb.
beams. Without the trolley, the 150 weighs 60 lbs. The 150 trimmers will provide reliable
trimming for light to medium weight products.
