The Ultrasonic Seamer is used to join rolls of secondary backing at finishing lines.
The ultrasonic produces a flat over-lapping seam and can not normally

be detected on the face of the carpet. Mills currently using the ultrasonic seamer are

shipping over 90 percent of the seams made with the ultrasonic. The ultrasonic works on

the principle of frictional heat. The ultrasonic reduces short rolls & waste. It has proven to

be a cost effective machine for the carpet industry.
