The model 300 trimmers are designed for edge trimming
medium to heavy weight
materials. Both 7 1/4 inch diameter blades are positively driven
for cutting carpets,
heavyweight non-wovens, and similar textile products. Mounting
can be in any
position necessary for material flow.
The 1/2 horse power motor is mounted to a gear
reducer. Several various voltages
are available. Different RPM output speeds are used to match the
blade's circumference
speed to the application's fastest line speed. The 300 trimmers
come in pairs, with a left
and a right hand unit. The mounting bracket is connected to an
acme threaded rod with
an aluminum hand wheel for fine adjustment. A single model 300
trimmer weighs 160
pounds. The model 300 trimmers are manufactured to close
tolerances and specs., which
will produce reliable trimming.
