The model 38500 is our heaviest duty butt-seamer. It is the most dependable
butt-seamer on the market. Very little maintenance is required with the model
38500 butt-seamer. The model 38500 is used to sew soft carpet, finished
carpet, carpet tiles, conveyor belting, fiberglass, and a variety of other products.
The 38500 has an overedge of approximately 1 1/2 inches, and the seams are
consistently flat. The model 38500 can be either pneumatically or electrically
driven. The air driven machine has a speed control, so operators can speed up
for light jobs or slow down for sewing finished or heavy products. The railways
are made in a variety of lengths to match the customers widest materials. Feel
